1. Products and Services

Haven Prints sells home decor and furnishing products including wall art prints, interior design kits, room planners, colour palette tools and curated home styling bundles. All products are delivered digitally via instant download. Upon successful payment you receive immediate access to your files.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may be subject to applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect completed purchases. Charges appear on your statement under "Haven Prints".

3. Digital Delivery

Home decor products are delivered digitally upon successful payment. Due to the instant-access nature of digital delivery, the order is considered fulfilled at the point of download availability. Contact support within 48 hours if you experience access issues.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital delivery nature of our home decor products, all sales are final once download access is provided. For technical issues preventing access contact hello@www.havenprints.shop.

5. Licence

Upon purchase you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal and commercial use. You may:

• Print and display in homes, offices and commercial properties
• Use in interior design, staging and client projects
• Modify colour profiles for different printing methods

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or share the original digital files.

6. Intellectual Property

All home decor artwork, designs, templates and materials are the intellectual property of Haven Prints and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Haven Prints provides home decor products "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Colour accuracy may vary depending on your printer, paper stock and screen calibration.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
